Return & Order Policy

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must notify us via email at help@leviandlaneblanks.com within 48 hours of order receipt if an item is defective.

We will promptly replace the defective item at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELATION

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our inventory process, pre-orders may not be canceled. These items are ordered specifically for you at the time your order is placed.

For Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Our team begins processing orders quickly, and once an order has entered the pulling or packing stage, it can no longer be canceled.

Please double-check your cart before completing checkout. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help prior to ordering.


NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers have up to 5 days after order receipt to notify us via email at help.leviandlane1@gmail.com of any issues with non-defective items.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to replace or refund non-defective items.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Items with custom personalization are non-returnable, except in the case of a product defect.

Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.
However, if an error is made on our end, we will ensure it is corrected.


SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS.

If your package has not shown movement for 3 business days, please contact us at
help.leviandlane1@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Please note: we cannot take further action until the carrier provides next steps.

If your order shows “Delivered” but has not been received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

We strive to ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
Personalized items are typically shipped within 1–10 business days.

While we aim for 100% accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, you must notify us via email at help.leviandlane1@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery.

If an incorrect item was received, the item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
A prepaid return label will be provided.

All incorrect items must be returned with active tracking within 10 business days of the return label being issued.
Failure to do so will result in the customer being responsible for the cost of the item.
