Shipping policy

We endeavor to ship orders within 1-4 business days. Personalized items, that are tailored to your specifications, will be shipped within 1-10 business days. Your Satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. 

While we strive for 100% accuracy in every order, human errors can occasionally occur. If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 4 business days of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.

If an incorrect item was received, the item must be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued. A prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience.

All incorrect items must be returned with active tracking within 10 business days of the return label being issued or you will be responsible for the cost of that item.
